Refund and Returns Policy
At House of Dhira, every order is carefully reviewed and packed before dispatching. We request customers to carefully review their order including size, colour, and product details before completing the purchase, as all purchases are final.

⚠️ Please Note: Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for personal preference.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully completed
2. Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Color preference
• Personal preference
Please refer to the size guide before placing your order.
3. Refunds
Since all purchases are final:
• No refunds will be issued once an order has been placed and paid for
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
We only offer a replacement for eligible items, subject to the conditions below.
For Replacement: IMPORTANT ⚠️
You must record an unpacking / unboxing video while opening your package, continuously, until the product is fully visible. The video should not be cut, edited, or altered at any point. Without this video, we won't be able to process any replacement claims.
We offer replacement only if:
• The product was damaged during transit
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• The wrong product was sent, which rarely happens
If you receive a damaged/defective product:
• Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order
• Send clear photos of the item, along with the unboxing video, as proof to 93618 56598 or dhira.clothings@gmail.com
• Both photo and video proof are mandatory — requests without proof will not be processed
If your replacement request is accepted:
• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process a replacement for the same or equivalent item
• If the same product is out of stock, we will offer an equivalent item of similar value in consultation with you
⚠️ We will not be able to process any replacement request if:
• You do not notify us within 24 hours after delivery
• The unboxing video or photo proof is missing
• The product is found to be tampered with or used
